Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
Valid ID Required
Government-issued photo ID and address proof mandatory at check-in. Passport required for foreign nationals.
Family-Friendly Only
Bachelors and bachelorettes are not permitted.
Smoke-Free Property
Smoking strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
Payment Policy
Advance payment or security deposit required before check-in. We accept UPI, cash payments. Full payment during check-in.
Damage & Loss Policy
Guests responsible for any damage or loss to property. Charges will be applied.
Quiet Hours
Maintain silence between 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Respect other guests' comfort and avoid loud music or disturbances.
Prohibited Items
Illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or inflammable materials strictly prohibited.
Kettle & In-Room Appliances
Electric kettles provided for boiling water only. Cooking food, boiling milk, or preparing noodles strictly prohibited. Damage charges apply for misuse.
Guest Visitors
Outside visitors not permitted in guest rooms. Visitors may meet guests in lobby area during specified hours only.
Room Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room as specified. Extra person charges applicable. No unauthorized guests allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours prior. 50% refund for cancellations within 24–48 hours. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Subject to change; please confirm at the time of booking.
